Sofia was very clear and provided us with statistics and also got us involved by doing break out rooms and working with other members which was comforting. Sofia gave us the confidence to also participate in the training. I was able to see Sofia had a lot of knowledge and back ground experience behind her which i also felt helped. Thank you
