Very good information, clearly and concisely delivered. No unnecessary "break out" rooms etc.

A very thought provoking course which will enable me to better spot signs in young people and has given me the confidence to ask direct questions. I will be recommending that my team members book this course next time it is available

Thank you for the training today. I feel more confident in talking about suicide now I have a structure to follow and signposting which I didn't have before.

I feel much more confident in talking to someone thinking about suicide, as i now know some of the main triggers ,albeit more than one for causing the need for someone to contemplate suicide.

It was really useful and a good reminder that these conversations aren't easy but they are necessary. Christo was good at making that point that anybody can ask the questions and provide the support needed.
