Unconscious Biases reviews

A very thought provoking and challenging topic as we all have unconscious bias and there wasn’t really enough time to explore this individually. Might have helped if we had done a questionnaire, as in previous modules, as have found this helps consolidate my understanding.

Contents really made me aware that I am and can be bias without knowing or wanting to

very difficult topics but makes you realise about ones subconscious behaviors.

Louise is a great and presents the Couse very well. In different times when Covid wasn't a factor it would be great to participate in this course in a physical training room as I feel I would benefit more so than over teams.
