Great course as described, provided a solid fundamental on mental health first aid. Course content was quite heavy which is appropriate for the subjects covered, due to the heavy content of the course the facilitator Amanda Leith was very supportive of all course attendee's with check ins and breaks provided. Points of improvement would be for course to be longer to go more in-depth and provide a more solid baseline.

Would be better face to face rather than online. Otherwise very good coverage of the subject with interesting facts and figures

Marc was really knew his stuff, the online format was a bit strange with possibly having to reading over the weekend. Material was good tho

Would have enjoyed the course more if it had been in a "classroom" environment, but good content and well delivered.

Issues with technology majorly impacted day one, and this would have been better with more breakout sessions and probably delivered face to face. Content overall was good though

I really enjoyed the course. It gave a good insight into various Mental Health issues and gave me a better understanding of how to deal with someone with a Mental Issue. It will be good to be able to put the knowledge into practice and hopefully be able to support my colleagues and family if they are going through a difficult time. I have already put some of the tips from Amanda into practice and they will really help in my personal life. Also I have found that I have started to listen more to others and speak less!

I really really enjoyed the course and have found it to be extremely helpful and supportive. The whole topic is so important and prevalent.
