Marc was great! Made you feel welcomed, safe and able to speak well. I enjoyed how he told stories about his life as it made you want to open up more about things that have happened in yours more. I did feel it was a bit intense especially all in two days I'd have said maybe do it around three days as its just alot to take in at some points and i felt a few of the team felt the same. But it was a great course. Although wording in the books may need a little update.

The issued precis did not match the presenters slides - added to a small amount of confusion

Informative, interesting, well delivered by a knowledgeable and professional trainer. A difficult subject matter handled very sensitively. Enjoyed the discussion and participation.

Extremely well defined and prepared course. The course has many benefits for the individual seeking to support and enhance their knowledge in this area. This has contributed to my confidence in approaching and discussing mental health in the workplace and I suspect personally too. It is definitely a first step and I would recommend anyone at any level of experience to attend. I think it would be good to join a community of Mental Health First Aiders to post about or research further - even to keep in touch with people you have attended the course with.

Overall the course was good but I think there was a little to much to take in on the second day although we would have covered more on the first day but we had the pleasure to take part in the Remembrance Day celebration as the course was held at erskine so that meant we lost study time on the first day
