Very engaging course. Marc did very well to engage everyone, and the content of the slides / booklet are to the point and concise. I wasn't sure how the atmosphere of the course would be as it is quite a sensitive subject for some, but it felt very relaxed and open.

I found the course extremely interesting. Amanda was a brilliant trainer and although it was all over Zoom I really felt like she listened and understood everything we were saying.

Thoroughly enjoyed the course - Marc was informative and was able to bring in personal experience which was useful. I think to make the assessment a little easier when carrying out the training remotely, it would be beneficial to have an extra slideshow with the multiple choice options rather than just having them read out. This is not essential and would have been my preference - Marc was excellent and repeated as necessary for me. One other comment would be that the course materials issues "Resources" document did not include all the slides and information as Marc thought.
