Very informative and given plenty of time to ask questions to get a full understanding of topics

I was looking forward to this course and it did not disappoint. Training material was factual and Alastair was able to talk through the material and answer all questions which were asked based on his experience. Although a small group attended only due to absence, this was to the attendees advantage. Really enjoyed the 2 days.

personal choice but would have prefered a copy of the manual or the slides to take notes on

I really enjoyed the course and found it very informative. Everyone on the course was really involved in the open discussions which was great and the course content was nicely broken up with a few videos so it wasnt overly slide based.

Brilliant and very insightful course, that has given me a better understanding of mental health issues.
