Excellent trainer - lots of knowledge gained.

this was a great course where I learned a lot, yet I was still allowed to express my opinions, the instructor was very knowledgeable yet was able to pass on knowledge and experience in a friendly manner, whilst using personal experiences to highlight salient points.

Really enjoyed it offered lots of new ideas and ways to help me and others. Marc was very knowledgeable
