Sean is an outstanding and highly experienced instructor. He has a deep understanding of the course material, presents it in an accessible way, and is dedicated to helping his students achieve certification success. This is my third course with Trigraph — I’ll definitely be back!

v7 is different from v6 so essential to re-do the Foundation course. Passed the foundation. Practitioner certification will be harder but Sean covered the topics highlighted the areas to focus on.

Very supportive training providers with detailed knowledge of Peoplecert systems and platforms (which are difficult to navigate at times) Expert level trainer with exceptional knowledge and understanding of the material and provided an encouraging safe space to interact with virtual class.

Trainer was very nice and knowledgeable. However, the course could do with being more interactive. It’s a lot of being talked at. For example use mentimeter/poll feature in zoom the knowledge test.

Good explanation on the concepts. Course material is good - would be handy if we ae able to download the PDF directly without the need for an eBook reader

Sean is very knowledgeable. I had several issues with accessing course material and although I have not yet sat my exam I am concerned about the issues people on my course had with exam shield. I did find the course helpful and will use the practices as I can in my role going forward
