David has been brilliant, I've really enjoyed the course and have learn loads as each session has been very engaging. I feel I've gained valuable knowledge that I will implement in my current role beyond the project I'm currently doing.
The course was really beneficial I will use the skills going forward. What made the course and coaching sessions was David's guidance, support and knowledge. He was absolutely fantastic I would highly recommend working with David and will do in the future.
David Jones is meticulous and precise as a trainer. He is able to transfer his knowledge to his students regardless of their or my professional background. It was a pleasure learning from him as his communication and clarification skill about the course is excellent. The course is very good. It made me view different processes with a fresh look. I am happy to have done the course as i now have acquired tools for future projects.

An incredible learning opportunity, the training and David's assistance really gave me a renewed approach to my project, and have taught me skills I plan on applying outside of work as well. Brilliant course and I would highly recommend it!

I found the course to be an overall positive experience. The content was relatively easily understood and will be of great benefit in the future. The lynchpin of it all however was our instructor David both in his deliverance of the course material and his assistance on the subsequent project. David's easy going manner, his in-depth knowledge of the Lean & Six Sigma systems and his generous support of us three novices was a large factor in our completion of project.
David's attention to detail, particularly on the project aspect of this course, has been invaluable to our progress and success to date. David's professionalism and knowledge of this subject matter must be second to none and will make a substantial difference to the way work is carried out in this Office going forward.
