always done in such an engaging way

Very varied session with great speakers and exercises

I highly recommend this course, this is a great new way of looking at senior leadership, establishing new innovative ways of working. Both Brendan and Jo have demonstrated how to work in this way and how to run engaging workshops with professionals while maintaining an element of fun.

Lots packed in as always

Good coverage of two areas. The EDI stuff was gone through at a pretty speedy pace - but that was fine by me.

Was a jam packed session. Informative session from Femi, that helped me to better understand the benefits of D&I, and how to approach it more strategically. Enjoyed the discussions around innovations, and especially the use of the culture canvas tailored towards innovation to break down and critically evaluate how we can increase innovation in the work place. I'm looking forward to presenting my allocated modules at the final session in October. As someone who hates to fail publicly, and someone who has quietly failed to complete my assignments, I think having summaries of this kind throughout the course would be helpful... say 30 mins at the start of the next module, for each participant to revisit and present a concept that was covered in the previous session.

All good even though I have been remote and in a different service

Great session today, loved the tools that were shared - just wonder if these could be incorporated into the course at a much earlier stage, and in fact that innovation sessions as a whole - I can see why it's in the place that it is, but equally if we're looking at leadership from an innovation lens throughout the course, which we are, arguably it should be one of the earlier modules?
