Great session as always

Today's session was very infomative and helped to reassure me that I can complete my portfolio in time for the end of the course.

Lots of useful content and tools to use

Really positive course today that allowed individuals to apply a lot of their previous learning in real life scenarios

You could really tell how much effort the facilitators had put into today's session to try and help us all with some of the really tricky aspects of leadership and engaging 'hard to reach' people. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to help us.

I thought the pace was good today. I appreciate the time we were able to take to familiarise ourselves with the tension cards.

I found the session very informative and was given at a good pace. It was a comfortable environment to ask questions when needed. The handouts were helpful along with the exercises. Having the answers to be able to compare where you go wrong is also handy.

Finance is always going to be a bit of a dry subject as it doesn't require particularly creative approach however Mahmood was engaging, able to answer questions and did well bringing a mixed group to a reasonable level of understanding.

Another good day. Quite ambitious to attempt to get across this amount of information in a day. I had an advantage because I was already quite comfortable with finance (though some of the terms used were different to those used in my organisation, and the material was a useful refresher - I certainly didn't get all the answers correct.
