Good content as always.

Nice pace today. Didn't feel like too much was being crammed in.

This morning there was too much talking on theoretical on the same thing and then not enough time for the exercise work. But the balance in the afternoon was much better

It was good. I feel like I'm learning a lot here. I honestly don't have the same natural passion for this topic as some of the others, so I'm not as engaged as previously

Good pace. Very positive and thought provoking conversations and debates in the breakout rooms today. I took a lot from them

We have found our flow so these sessions are well paced and enjoyable

so much to think about - another great session
