Really good session

Great content on strategy.

The course was useful but there were a lot of exercises and group work and I felt less learning from the tutors today as in new theory and ideas. Also the exercises were not focused on my work in terms of context, so it would be better to work on applying tools and knowledge to my own work, even if this is thinking about it on your own for 5 mins then discussing with a partner etc

Great day which covered a great deal. Loved the Lost at Sea exercise as it made me reflected on my own approach to Team Working

It was so tempting to give them a 7 rating, once we had discovered that this raises an alert on the system - but I just couldn't do it - they are too good. As ever, my day at Happy was exactly that, and packed with valuable insights and learning opportunities.

Always very well facilitated. I have learned a lot about facilitating workshops from Brendan and Jo.

It was an interesting session on agile, and I learnt some new techniques. I especially liked the cover story exercise.

Really enjoyed todays session, lots of interactive elements that really embedded the knowledge
