As always, the workshop managed to hold my attention throughout, even though I was really tired and at risk of distraction online, And as always, lots of great ideas and tools to take away

As ever a lot of information was provided. Ideas did tie together well and it did generate a lot of thought on applicability to my current role

Great to have a presentation from a real life example of self managing organisations

Really enjoyed the mix of todays session and the conversations generated

Most interesting session we have had - I liked how more feedback was in chat rather than getting detailed feedback from each team which can be quite repetitive. Presentation from Luke was brilliant and inspirational at the differences they could make in 9 months. Really enjoyed todays session - especially the afternoon which can sometimes feel a bit long, but today the time flew

Really enjoyed today but as always a lot to take in. Luke Kyte, Reddico was really interesting too.

Really enjoying the course. It's giving me new ideas, developing my reflection and learning in my role.

I loved today's workshop. The structure made a lot of sense to me - I could see exactly where we were going and why. I really liked the juxtaposition of the 'traditional' and 'progressive' methods so we were clear about what we were moving away from and towards. The balance of theory and practical tools felt just right and I also thought the balance of breadth and depth was good. It really felt like previous feedback had been taken into consideration and this workshop was built on that.
