I felt the pace was spot on today. Lots of time to ask questions and reflect in the bigger group - I find this helpful and sometimes much more preferable than whizzing in and out of breakout rooms.

Informative course which helped to provide the clarity needed about building a great portfolio.

Great day, really helped to clarify queries about building our portfolios and apprenticeship process. So good to meet everyone in person instead of being on zoom! I would like it if we could have more regular in person meets - I know we said we would do this quarterly but I think if we could do this every other month it would be even better!

Having the portfolio workshop after completing an assignment was good so that we had the context and experience of completing an assignment beforehand. This session however had tips and on assignment writing, structure and referencing of KSB's that would have been helpful prior to the deadline for the second assignment which happened to be on the same day.

Very useful day clarifying portfolio requirements and thinking about recording evidence and KSB's.

Liked the structure of today - it is now a lot clearer what is required, and liked the chance to get started on some of the tasks

I enjoyed the sharing and working with the rest of the delegates. Good to be able to demonstrate we are all putting the learning into practice in the day job.

Loved this session. It answered many questions I've had on the course and how it all fits together. By bringing to life using the KSBs in a practical way made it all make sense - thank you! It's now really clear what's needed and I can now ensure I can use relevant initiatives to add to my portfolio. I'll think about the business proposal at a later stage!
