A long day online but well divided up with breaks and activities

A great start to the programme. The whole Happy ethos really resonates (I am in the Amiable quadrant!) I look forward to learning more!

I am finding the pace quite fast - but this is not a bad thing as it is challenging me and I'm definitely not bored!

Really powerful day which I have reflected on a lot on the results from the Social Styles and Versatility 360

Loved the polls and being able to feedback on discussions that had taken place. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

I enjoyed the course and it was interactive, however I still feel would have benefitted from f2f as find full days online difficult. Recognise some individuals have much further to travel than me though

Busy session lots of new concepts, nice blend of theory and discussion . IT problems with internet connection would have been useful to somehow have the docs that were live available offline as i lost the links each time the internet dropped out .
