The delivery and ambition of the course was great. Their IT worked too which is always a bonus. The overall philosophy borders on mind-blowing and I'm looking forward to learning and challenging this approach to leadership.

really good introduction to the programme and what we need to do and can expect

Facilitated excellently (esp. given the virtual nature)

Good induction, used methods from liberating structures really well, both as an introduction to using these and to make the session work well and be interactive

Really good start to the course - so much to think about!!!! Even today lots to take away and do!
