Good starters basic course

I came in with very little confidence trying to retrain and I leave with loads of confidence. Easy to follow, flowed well, great facilities, friendly and easy communication throughout the experience. Perfect for beginners or experienced persons looking to build on skills that can be applied to everyday situations, work places and general organisational skills. Also, easy to find on transport links, plus complimentary tea, coffee and wifi available!

Chris was a fantastic instructor, went at a great pace and would help with any queries we had. each section was well explained in a way that could be followed and understood. I liked that it was more hands on and we could screen share.

I really like the training and I would definitely recommend it.

This ticked a box for me. I was never going to be an expert in such a short space of time but I wanted to understand the basics so I can work to familiarise in my own time.

Trainer was fab - enthusiastic and really helped explain how to use Excel better - for someone who has a basic knowledge or use of the programme. Really enjoyed the sessions.

I can't wait to attend the Intermediate level course.

The training was focused to the individuals level of knowledge. The trainer was very knowledgeable and allowed opportunities for questions to be asked and answered throughout the training. As it was interactive, it allowed the user to test the knew skills learnt. Overall I found it very useful and my knowledge has already grown after one session!
