Team building, with BITE: Half Day Reviews

The projects seemed the perfect size and complexity for the team sizes and time allocation. I liked that we were just left to it after the initial instruction, it was up to us to figure things out and potentially make mistakes.

A fantastic team day! It brought people of all different skills and abilities together for a fun, interesting and impactful event which has lasting real world value.

The event was well organized and provided the perfect level of challenge for our team. Everyone had a great time and many commented on how they enjoyed this activity more than anything the've done before due to being able to build something meaningful. We had a mix of practical skills attending and all took something positive away from the event. If you are considering BITE for a team day I'd highly recommend them.

When we first started planning this, the team were a little dubious. Seeing their faces when you initially showed us what we would be building made them even more unsure! However, the feedback we have received since the event has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone felt the session was incredibly well run and that the instructions were very easy to follow (well, except for one of our teams!). Seeing everything come together at the end into one big structure that we all created together was a truly amazing moment. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the rest of your team who helped on the day, they were all amazing and made everyone feel at ease and no question was a stupid one – which coming from a group of accountants, I’m sure there were lots!

Everyone on the event really enjoyed it and said it was one of the best team building activities we have done in the last few years, they loved the challenge, how it was well organised and there was enough for everyone to do in the groups without anyone being left out. Even better that we have been able to see the feeders we made in use at YWP and in other zoo's as well.

Great activity at Woburn Safari Park, building equipment for Lions and being able to see the items placed in the enclosure and the lion exploring. Fun, challenging, rewarding all in one day

What an amazing day at Jimmys Farm, from when we arrived to going home was tip top. Our venue room was appropriate for our needs, very comfortable with tea and coffee etc. Lunch in the Resturant was excellent 10/10. Afternoon spent making a food stand for the Reindeer (brillaint choice for us) and thankyou to the two chaps (can't remember their names) for putting up with us, laughs and giggles all round. Would recommend this to anyone, an excellent Team Building Day all round, making memories of working with the Reindeer. Thankyou.

Loved it so much <3 we had some technical issues with the weather and digging the ground that couldn't have been anticipated but everyone pulled together :)
