Participating in this course with Diane and the rest of the Management Team has been revolutionary. Not only does the initial profile highlight personal strengths and development areas to focus on, but the course itself delivers real, actionable advice, along with frameworks / models to help implement suggestions throughout the training program and in the future. I've been able to take significant steps forwards in how I deal with the areas I personally find challenging in just a couple of months, and have also noticed changes in the wider team (who were on the course with me) resulting in all of us communicating and working better together. Diane herself is an exceptional leader and trainer - she was there to chat, answer questions and nothing felt like too much trouble for the duration of the course. I would be completely comfortable reaching out in the future to check in and ask for advice about specific situations or aspects of my profile. Sessions with Diane were fun, challenging and informative - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Diane or the Personal Leadership and Management Development Programme moving forwards. Diane is a fantastic course leader and has taught me so much in such a short space of time. The course content and how it is presented is very engaging and relates to real life challenges, which helps when putting the training into practice. I have changed for the better, in both my personal and professional life after taking part in this course and this is largely down to how inspiring Diane is. I would recommend this training course to any business, big or small, if their aim is to get their team working in the most efficient and empathetic way. Diane was a fantastic trainer and coach. So many of us have attended leadership programmes before, but this was unanimously the best we have been on. Diane was equally engaging, challenging, supportive and inspiring. The whole course was well planned from start to finish. Although we made the decisions to invest in this course, we didn't realise just HOW much we needed it until now we have done it. Our business has changed for the better. Diane was absolutely wonderful, she provided so much content and training for us in such an inlightening way, encouraging us to see things from a different viewpoint. Everything just made sense and clicked into place. We had many "penny drop" moments and Diane had so much time for us all to delve into the detail of things. The course was very thorough and very applicable to both working and social life. Diane is so charismatic and engaging in her delivery of the sessions, she keeps you fascinated. Consider me enlightened and motivated to put learnings into practice.
I had no idea what an impact the course and Diane would have on me, at the stage I was at both professionally and personally but it did. Diane is an incredible individual and trainer and she really helped me to realise my potential and because of this I reassessed my future and changed it. I cannot recommend Diane highly enough.
