The main positive from the course was that it was very interactive and inclusive which made everyone feel immediately at ease. People were at different learning levels and positions within their business so having this open and engaging environment ensured people felt confident to get involved and share their thoughts. This style of learning is very productive and Dianne never judged which in my view is extremely hard not to do, but her own openness and friendly approach meant that everyone progressed and I am confident surpassed their own expectations. Really enjoyed my time on the course and have used my own learning experience and outcomes within my own business and shared this style with others. Top Tip - go with an open mind and you will not be disappointed !
