Attendees most value the trainers’ deep abrasive-wheels knowledge and engaging, approachable delivery, which keeps everyone involved through clear explanations, questions, examples and useful industry experience. They describe the course as informative, well paced and comprehensive without being overloaded, with a helpful balance of theory and practical content. The learning refreshes existing knowledge, highlights important safety details and proves relevant to day-to-day work, although some attendees would welcome more hands-on grinder use.
