inclusivity and warm welcome could be a huge factor to newcomers. it can help them boost their confidence and it is easy for them to ask work related questions if we let them feel comfortable and it's a good start for good relationship and team building.

Negative or toxic people are like virus, they can spread/influence in a blink of an eye. Negative/toxic traits could ruin someone's confidence and could greatly affect their performance or even their wellbeing. So lets spread positivity at all cost, be nice to one another every single day because we don't know what they're going through. So respect and smile it's for free.

Lending/asking for help is the start of Teamwork, so don't hesitate to ask for guidance or help if you think it is out of your capacity, there's nothing wrong about asking for help, set aside your pride to have an excellent result about your task. Lending a hand to someone could be a life a saver, if you notice someone having a hard time, then try to lend a hand by asking " Are you okay?" this way you are giving that someone to open up and maybe will haver the courage to ask for help.

A good leader is a good listener. Accepting ideas could make a huge impact towards the result. We need to gather more ideas and suggestions to have more broaden scope of decision making. It can help us foresee something and prepare any possible solution before it may even exist. Brainstorming could eliminate future complications.

We need to accept the fact that there are people out there that is so creative with mind blowing ideas. All we need to do is to involve them, make them feel part of the brainstorming and decision making, let them express freely their ideas either verbal or written, appreciate their effort and let them feel you value them as they value their creative minds.

Communication is really important. Taking responsibility is a huge factor to create an effective and respective environment. We should always think each other welfare and wellbeing. We should always let them feel free to express their ideas, suggestion, comments or even negative feedback. With this we can create a workplace where negativity could not grow and foster and we can see positivity and improvement.

It is the feeling that we have satisfied our emotional need to belong because we feel seen and accepted by a group/ organization and make them feel like a family member. Belonging is the feeling of security and support when there is a sense of acceptance, inclusion, and identity for a member of a certain group. Empathy, Reliability, Integrity and Clarity are the key factors in building rapport and molding a good and strong Team. We need to uplift each one of us to bring out the best in us. We need to encourage inclusivity accompanied with respect and being sensitive towards each individuals differences by color, culture and beliefs. With this we can create a more sustainable workplace and a stronger Team bond.
