I think Leah was very informative and I feel like I have learn a lot from this course. This course has given me a huge confident boost in my role to deal with these types of situations. It is great having the formula of ALGEE to use when talking to students about problems. I feel the content was very useful and specific to my job as a Progress Course but it also covered aspects that I have not experienced with my students, so I now feel confident if a situation like this arose. The instructor was brilliant, made me feel very welcoming and created a lovely atmosphere within the group despite it being online. Considering the nature of the topics, he kept it interesting and spoke well. The materials were brilliant and very informative. I really enjoyed the discussions, break out rooms and scenarios. It enabled us know put the theory into practice which is very important. I would recommend this course to anyone!
