Both instructors were very informative and encouraging. The videos were very effective and helped me remember much better. Perhaps a short quiz at the end of each module would have been beneficial to aid memory!! Even though it was convenient, it would have been nice to have the training in person rather than online and possible have more in depth conversations regarding the scenarios. It was a very beneficial course for me as a parent and as an ITE Lecturer, and having the resources and training through the medium of Welsh was great. Modules hopefully will be translated too in the future.
The online training was excellent; very easy to navigate and easy to understand. The facilitators were excellent and very helpful and informative. I feel more equipped to support someone who has a mental health illness.

I am extremely pleased with the course given and how the online modules worked. It has enabled me to learn so much in a short space of time and become more confident in my working role, to help pupils with a crisis.
the trainers were fab and had a lot of knowledge as was the content. the issue was the website continually crashing and not marking as finished.
there needs to be Welsh resources attached to the course
