Good course and excellent trainer. Provided me with good feedback on what I need to concentrate on.

Learnt a lot more on the course than I knew before as I have done a fire course but it wasn't as tedious as paper work so it was very interactive. Thank you so much

Trainer did have a few issues with late joiners and they had logging in problems, the trainer (David) had the patience of a Saint. Not sure i would have been. 10 out of 10

David was great but the registration was slow and it wasn't clear how to get onto the course. The website was very slow. One question skipped which meant that I got 96% rather than 100.
