The course and trainer was very good and very helpful - I found it helpful that it was only a group of 2 people.

John was a good presenter - as I said in my feedback at the time the only real grumble that I had was about the sound levels on the video clip of Fawlty Towers - sound dipped in and out so couldn't hear everything that was being said (or the alarm bells). I also asked if the slides were available ?

David was very patient and well spoken. He gave us time to ask questions and was willing to go over anything again just in case we didn’t understand. Very good.

Tim was very good at delivering the course and involving the class. He took time to ensure the class understood each section.
