Overall the course was good but a lot of problems to get onto the course at the start

Tim made the material easy to learn and comprehend. I have a better understanding of fire safety in general, plus my role and the company's responsibilities.

Excellent session, the content was great but really brought to live by Tim, our trainer. He was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, he stressed the important points and utilised relevant examples. Tim was also very understanding and supportive for the whole team

Really surprised how well this course can be delivered online. Might be worth adding in the joining instructions that video is mandatory so people can ensure they have a stable enough internet connection. Content was brilliant and pace from trainer was spot on.
