Trainer was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and clearly had a lot of knowledge on the subject and of great claims examples to explain the more in depth areas of cover. Good explanation of exposures and the way the risks relate to current day examples - good use of well known Companies to explain the covers.

Was the training easy to follow? Yes however, I feel that there was a lot of information being provided, and especially towards the end, the slides were slightly rushed in order to fit them all in.
Response: Thank you for your feedback Marthese. We understand we have a lot of information to cover during each session and depending on delegate interaction and questions (which we highly encourage!) time can sometimes get a bit short towards the end.
Overall I thought the webinar was very good and provided excellent insight into D&O, some concepts were taught as a lower level than expected but when we did cover advanced topics such as niche areas of risk, non-standard coverages, specified wording scenarios and financial ratios it was very interesting. David was very knowledgeable and provided excellent insight into the market.
