I would have liked it to be designed differently with more focus on releasing individual potential.

I found Mike easy to listen to and the content interesting and very useful. I prefer courses like this one where we spend time looking at what we will take away to improve, rather than ones with lots of content but no direct relevance. The length of time (3 hours) was just right. I now have the challenge of identifying my goals so that I prioritise where I spend my time.

I received some useful guidance and ideas.
