I love the dinamic of the course, being able to talk to people and hearing their strenghts and weaknesses, makes me feel normal, it puts me in the driving seat as to how to manage my own carrer.

This session has given me a lot to think about and I look forward to applying what I've heard today from the facilitators and other participants

I have fully enjoyed the course style so far. It brings personal reflection and professionalism at the front of your mind.

This module helped me face confidence issues I buried. I'm not a confident person and often shy away from opportunities when higher ranking individuals in the business are present. This module has given me not only the tools to not only recognise but also but deal with them in a constructive way

Off to a really great start with expectations being set on the course and support available

I have really enjoyed this course so far. It's different and it makes you think outside the box and gives you a different approach to how you view career and development The workbook is a bit confusing and hard to follow.

Useful and interesting to hear different viewpoints

My only note would be that the exercise at the end was a tad unclear in terms of our strengths/do well - fitting into the 7 steps. Like getting them to fit within those brackets. Other than that, super relatable presenters that I enjoyed listening to.

Had an enjoyable first module. It was relaxing and fun maybe coz most of us knew everywhere even before this course.
