First time with Richard leading the course, found him more engaging and informative. Not sure exactly how to explain in few words... but he just got the presentation and expression right !

Very good really enjoyed it

I really enjoyed the day and found it really useful. It was really useful to be able to not only learn about the theories and definitions but to also talk about this with other members of the group which helped to make the information stick!

really enjoyable and i prefer the small groups rather than splitting into different groups all the time...builds confidence to open up on areas that you have experienced.
