Andrew delivered the course exceptionally well. His approach was engaging and welcoming, which made the learning environment very comfortable and effective. I would highly recommend him—he is genuinely one of the best trainers I have had. The course itself was excellent; I thoroughly enjoyed it and would absolutely recommend it to colleagues. The content was of a high standard, and the delivery was fantastic throughout. The group dynamic also played a big part in making the experience so enjoyable.
A really informative course. Andrew explained everything clearly and made the content easy to understand with many real life examples. I will definitely be applying what I've learned to my role.
Some minor mistakes in the powerpoint presentation. The presentation and main booklet did not flow - quite a bit of jumping back and forth. Andy was great!
