Really insightful and clear, great introduction to insurance. Fantastically well led and really encouraged questions and interaction which only enhanced the experience.

It was very interesting and provided me with lots of knowledge. I loved how he made it so engaging and interactive. I also I liked how he made me feel comfortable in the sense of knowing its okay not to always know the answer, or attempt it and be wrong. It was a wonderful learning environment.

David was very knowledgeable about the insurance industry globally, which meant he was able to answer questions well with good examples and interesting specifics. At a high level I learnt about different types of insurable and uninsurable risk, some industry terminology (such as the difference between peril and hazard), the aim of insurance company, and how some more complex claims may be resolved.

David kept it very interactive which made it more fun and interesting. It was very easily follow along and insightful knowledge was gained.

I found the trainer very measured, clear and easy to follow. I was late for the training as I did get the time wrong, but he was very understanding. There was a technical difficulty on the trainers side mid-course, but it was fine as we needed a break at that point anyway and it was resolved. I also found myself asking questions mid-explanation and David was very patient with that!
