I found Ross to be highly pleasant and knowledgeable, he gave very good examples and engaged the audience. I had a great refresher as we had similar courses before and even then I felt two hours went by quickly. I enjoyed it.

Really valuable few days. A number of our employees mentioned that they benefited from the sessions. I would maybe recommend that the trainer can stay on and answer any questions possibly after the session if that was planned in. But otherwise, well delivered.
