I enjoyed the course, even with it being such an emotional and intense topic. Very helpful and was a good sized group. Good set up of the training.

It is a very difficult and upsetting subject, which left me feeling uncomfortable. My course was split over 2 mornings. This worked really well for me and gave me the down time I needed in between. I'm unsure how I would've felt if it was a whole day with just a lunch break between the sessions and I doubt it would've given me the space and thinking time that I required. I have recommended this course and trainer to colleagues as I feel it's really important to have the tools available to be able to speak with people who are exhibiting suicidal behaviour.
