This was a very informative course and I feel empowered to help someone who is having suicidal thoughts.
I found the course very useful, the trainer excellent - welcoming, knowledgeable. I will especially remember her two bottle stress container demonstration - really made that concept come alive for me.
Was great. Learned a lot. Would recommend and do again. I think some version of this should be taught to everyone.

The training was very effective as an employee in higher education due to Julie’s background in higher education. Julie was very understanding of our roles and was able to apply that to the course content.

I have enjoyed the course overall & feel more confident. The only reason I put 4 stars for the 2nd question is because I would potentially still be worried about dealing with it but know that I have the tools to do so
