Very worth while training course to be a part of. I have gained a huge amount of knowledge in this area today and this is purely down to Katie's expertise, presenting skills and the course material on hand. It is important to gain understanding in this area, especially in this current environment and the economic pressures we are all facing. Thank you once again.

Really Enjoyed the session. Tutor was friendly, kind and knowledgeable about the subject. Also friendly in a nice natural way and easy to build rapport with.

This is a difficult subject , Chris was able to bring the discussions to life with some examples of how using the right interactions with people can help them. He really highlighted that we need to be human with our discussions and use our gut feeling on what to say and when to say it, this was supportive as its an area that can be emotionally difficult for all parties.

The booklet was very helpful and the safety plans also are very helpful.

I really loved the structure and pace of the course. It felt that we allowed enough time to give the subject the respect that it deserved, without the course dragging. I will definitely recommend to my manager that my colleagues attend :)
