AI summary of reviews

A safe, compassionate approach makes this difficult subject accessible: attendees value knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who create space for honest discussion without pressure. They describe clear, well-paced sessions combining practical frameworks, language, scenarios, role play, videos and breakout activities, supported by useful workbooks and signposting resources. The course helps them recognise warning signs, ask direct questions and feel more confident supporting people in crisis at work and beyond.

Very good course, the most interactive course I have attended. Good varied knowledge and experience from this particular group therefore lots of input. Smaller group which is positive. Enjoyed the videos and real life scenarios.

Very supportive tutor helping us understand and help us know how to invent suicide and that it isn't our responsibility to solve. It's like passing a ball. Helping them get to the right help.
