The practical course is very bad with no additional value and the class room is too smal

Too much emphasis on writing out permits correctly...seemed to waste hours doing this. Refresher should be about theory and practising scenarios. Some of the wording and answers were ambiguous.

Relaxed atmosphere with open discussion about best practice and differences between company procedures.

Good course and facilities.

As a refresher the length was good. Personally I would have liked a little more time familiarisation on the equipment, but I am a slow learner.

Good course, well delivered. Could be condensed to two days.

Very good course led at a comfortable rate by knowable instructors classroom was cold and took some time to warm up Switching area very cold
