Steve and Gary both polite, very nice and knowledgeable lectures. Venue was very clean and tidy only issue was temperature heating wasn’t working very well due to building being an old data centre.

Response: Hi Robin. We appreciate your sense of humor with regards to the troubles we had with our heating system that week :) I'm happy to inform you that we have now installed a new heating system in our classrooms and are working to adapt it to other areas of the centre as well to make our candidates more comfortable during their courses.

Response: Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that the food provided didn't meet your expectations. Though we do require that you send us your choices from the menu beforehand, you can do it as late as a week before attending the course as stated in the joining instructions. I'm also happy to say that we have now installed a new heating system in our classrooms and are working to adapt it to other areas of the centre as well to make our candidates more comfortable during their courses.

Venue is very cold and they should look at improving the heating. No drinks or snack with meal anymore and chargeable . Lecturer was Steve not Gary. Gary took me for the exam only. Steve is a smart and knowledgable guy. Very particular in his methods. If anything he may wish to involve the candidates a little more when sharing experience and knowledge but overall is good.

Response: Hello Sam. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. I'm happy to inform you that we have now installed a new heating system in our classrooms and are working to adapt it to other areas of the centre as well to make our candidates more comfortable during their courses. Even though we do not offer chocolate bars with sandwiches, salads and jacket potatoes anymore, all our lunch options (including main meals) include a cold drink.
