Garry and Eddie are both very experienced and able to get their knowledge across easily. They know how to put you at ease and offer help and advice when needed, overall very happy with the course.

Very good communication and examples given by Russ Burnett. Throughly enjoyed the refresher at the Faraday.

The course was really good and delivered at the correct pace. Russ knows his stuff and his delivery is great. It would have been 5 stars all round but it was freezing inside The centre.

Final exam could have done if the questions more clearly worded

Great Trainers Russ and Dave, amazing Workshop set out with different Substations and switchgear. Loved the Museum also.
