Even if passing the course. I would take over and over again. It is like a good movie. You do not mind watching again.
I dont know if it was just me that when i tested my self i feel like i read so much all of it sounded right i got so confused
The course was great and my expectations were all met, I came out of it with a solid understanding of ITIL beyond just rote memorization of key concepts.
Great course. I will definitely recommend to those whom I know that want to pivot into tech, this is a great course to take with ACIL and a good certification to have on your resume.
The course content was provided in a lot of platforms; online, MS word, pdf, powerpoint, which made it easier to access. Quality of the content was also good and to the point.
