While I had not done brand management course itself, it was a good refresher of parts of other courses that I have previously done. The outcome learnings reassured that while I had areas to improve, I am charting the right course
One of the best courses I have done in a while - the brand examples to build the context of the course were an excellent way to make you think about how to approach these questions in your own personal way.
Another enjoyable session. I found Paul and Charlotte to be very positive and encouraging. They are very engaging facilitators and their open approach works very well, especially for this more challenging course.

Feel there was a big gap by not mentioning social Media and how important that is at managing brand, creating profile and network
