Thought provoking as always. Emotional intelligence topic especially interesting.
Very relevant and useful session on being intentional about setting my personal brand which I don't often think about myself.
This module is very useful and reminds me that just putting your head down and doing your work is not enough to progress in my career. Definitely some development points from hereon!
This course has really made me think about my personal brand and what I want to be known for.
Loved today, it helped me to reflect on areas I can improve on personally for me and also reminded me on the things I have been putting off that would actually benefit my progression.
Fantastic course. I hadn't considered personal brand before today, but can certainly now appreciate the value and importance of it going forward. The discussion with other colleagues around their own understanding of their brands was extremely useful, and will help me in informing mine in due course. Thanks to Anne and Paul for another great session.
It's hard to explain but I didn't get as much out of today as usual. The morning just wasn't landing and it's hard to explain. I suppose all I could think about was if you're overwhelmed and stretched in work, that you not replying to people is negatively affecting your personal brand and as Peter said, could affect future job prospects. I got more out of the last hour or so based around self reflection and tangible steps. a minor one, probably time to update the Coke vs Pepsi analogy with something more modern?
I really enjoyed the module - i've never spent much time previously thinking about my personal brand. However today allowed me to allocate some time to think about my own brand, and how that applies to my daily work/career.
I feel the review of the brands similar to exercises done on other course, this would have been more helpful to have people that are brands to review e.g Elon Musk, Beckhams, Sussex's
