Liked the break-out session; good idea to incorporate another one.
Response: Thank you for your feedback James, which is much appreciated. Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient time to include an extra breakout session in a half day course. We have though very much taken your comments on board and we are currently looking at developing some short practical follow up sessions, which will allow time for delegates to practice learnt knowledge under guidance.
David was highly knowledgable and gave relatable examples when discussing various aspects of the course. I felt able to ask questions freely and thoroughly enjoyed this course. Would recommend this course and this trainer to anyone needing a refresher on PI. Thanks so much. Clare
