I was impressed with the way the course was delivered. My tutor took time to explain all the salient points related to Electrical Engineering. Being my first time to attempt an electrical engineering course , I can confess that I have never been at easy with the way course was delivered. I really enjoyed the course. The tutors provided sufficient materials for the course, which made my life easier.

I just wanted to say that I thought the course was great and Allan did a fantastic job of conveying all the information across to us and made sure that all abilities within the room were catered to. It was obvious that we all had different backgrounds and different abilities but throughout, Allan made sure that we could all work at our own rate and seamlessly transitioned the information, knowledge and help he was offering to each individual, whenever it was required. I learned a lot during the 4 week course and look forward to coming back to do the Periodic testing and inspection with Allan in the near future. Couldn’t recommend more highly, there was a great learning dynamic, as well as personal touch which took away from what could potentially have been a very stuffy and dull learning environment. Thanks Allan!

I entered the course with limited knowledge. I did the four week course which the first two I did at Chesterfield being module 1 & 2, which was presented by Dawn. She was excellent in her delivery of the course. Even though this was to be the fundamentals we covered much much more which set me up for the third and fourth week at Manchester ( as I live there so was easier to attend that location ). The course at Chesterfield was really relaxed which I think helped to settle in to it. I then attended Walkden, Manchester for the actual C&G exam qualifications. This was delivered by Keith. Different approach to Dawn, but with that said, very well delivered. It was great that Dawn went through the 18th with us ( even though I think it was not meant to be included in M1 & 2, so when I got to Keith, I had some idea of the book. Lots of practice boards, lots of test practice papers. Keith told you how it is, which for me was what I like! I passed all my exams and now, a few weeks later, I have had a number of jobs completing EICR's for landlords and remedial work to bring them up to standard. To be honest, I could go on and on.. Excellent

Week 1. Too long spent on basics Week 2. Didn’t actually complete the testing or power the install. I think we should have done the install twice in the week Week 3 and 4 Andy was superb in delivering the content and explaining the topics. He really is excellent and the reason for me getting the results I did. Thanks Andy. Top bloke.

Course was very good really worth the money I would definitely recommend I am now confident to do electric work. Course tutor was brilliant and enjoyed the food however some of the equipment was abit unreliable like the back boxes were awkward.
