It's a good place to start and will help gain greater beginners knowledge of PLC's.
Further fault finding exercises using the PLC to replicate real world application
As a whole the course was well ran.
My major criticism of the venue is the parking, it can be hard to find a space due to sharing with the adjacent business. In comparison to there being loads of reserved instructor spaces but very few instructors. Also, why am I still here after 12 on friday when I finished 1hr 30mins ago?
I feel the course wasn't long enough to cover most topics in detail. I found we weren't, as a class prepared enough for the final project which had a section that we hadn't even been taught.
Fast paced course. Students must pick up examples quickly in order to move on. I would like to have seen more example programs, in the form of handouts, as well as having more instruction on how to complete the final project. I felt a little under prepared to carry out certain function, namely the stop/pause function etc.
very good course, i was expecting to be fault finding. maybe this was due to me misunderstanding the course curriculum
