Couldn't recommended this course enough! Wendy was superb in delivering this course and interaction with the entire class was great.

I was sceptical at 1st with the 3 day option as I don't use the book day in day out, But Wendy delivered an amazing course and left me well equipped to not only pass the exam but to use the book in day to day activities as i further my career as a spark. She ensured any areas I wasn't sure or confident in were well drilled and explained thoroughly. She didn't try to wrap up the course at hometime and always offered to stay behind and go over any uncertainties. So refreshing to have a lecturer who's not only passionate about the subject they teach but passionate about the learners learning also. Would highly recommend this course for time served sparks and also for new starters too. Overall 10/10 delivered course

Verry good pitty I failed

Andy was a fantastic tutor, knowledgable, encouraging and patient whilst be able to have a laugh with the class as well. He made the course really enjoyable despite the dry subject. Only snag was the two hour delay for the online exam due to technical difficulties

Tutor knowledge of subject impressive. Delivery and approach was concise and supportive, and able to adjust to areas of learning which needed most support Tutor was polite ,friendly

The tutor did a fantastic job of presenting the course material. There was also a very good selection of refreshments and lunch options available. I would happily recommend the centre to my colleagues.

Great venue . Easy to access and park . Wendy the tutor …. We’ll what can I say !!! Fantastic teacher who knows her stuff and explains things in terms that everyone understands . Nothing is a problem for her .., She goes above and beyond to help you ….

Andy was a great tutor, helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient with the slower candidates but kept the pace so that we all got what we needed from the course. I hope to have him again on other courses.

Keith was excellent, I highly recommend him to anyone who is taking the course. very smart and pin points where everything is. he was very helpful and made the class funny too so it wasn't boring.

The length of the course is short, what would have helped me would have been access to mock testing prior to attending the course
